Administrative Justice in the Ford Era – the Crisis Continues.

On February 1, 2019, Ellis posted the first article on this refreshed site.  The article was  entitled “Administrative Justice in the Ford Era – A system in Crisis“, and it described the damage the Ford government was doing to administrative justice in Ontario – especially to the 19 adjudicative tribunals within the newly constituted super-cluster of tribunals, “Tribunals Ontario”.

It appears that nine months later, the crisis has not abated.
